Passport not RETURN and No reply from VO/ Senior HELP PLEASE/URGENT

The VO requested for my pp and it was delivered to the VO on the 26/04/12.
The VO also requested for a prepaid return envelop which is not possible in the country I live.
They said i should not contacted them till after 4 weeks.
I send them an e-mail on Wednesday asking the current status of my pp which is approximately six weeks. but till now I have not receive any information.
Moreover when i check my application status on the e-cas its not been updated for 2 years now..always In Process
They have my return address.
I live in Europe but my VO is in Senegal

WHAT CAN OR SHOULD I DO??????HELP HELP PLEASE >:( >:( :o

Just get about two weeks and all will be fine.

Wait for another two weeks, i think they will send it by the end of the month.

Hi friend , please just give yourself some 2 more weeks and hope you will receive your passports.

i know another frined waiting including myself. so we are three now.

i wish you the best.

IF you say same situation, does it mean that you are living out of Cairo and posted your passport there? If yes, What means of return passport did you use?
and for how long has your passport been there?

Canadafall I'm in the UK! Which country are u living now? U said lets wait for two weeks fine do you mean that the VO is going to send the pp by themselves ? As I mentioned I have written to them but no reply. Since they have our return address do u mean that they are going to post it?

The option of pre-paid envelop is not available from the UK.
