passport not received after 3months from medicals

I am amit i have send my passports for stamping since 3months can anybody tell me why cic delhi is not sending me my passports back?even my RPRF fees are encased by them since 2 months.What might be the reason in delay?Also i have mailed them but there is no response.

hey amit , sorry to hear about your delay .. just keep patience(i know its hard to do) getting your rprf encashed is good sign . i know there is some delay but its is due to internal reasons many people are awaiting there passport back. Please wait for next 30 days i am sure you will get you ppt with visa as before July they will clear it all.

The reason as it is guessed by some reliable sources is there is some training program going on and some sample check of applications so just be a little more patient.

They will not respond you before 90 days of your draft encashment.

Is that true? Them not responding before 90 days of RPRF, cause mine has been encashed for 124 days and still nothing. I submitted my passports in December/Jan 2012 and my RPRF was encashed in Jan and since then nothing. I am going insane with wonder and worry..When do you think I will hear from NDVO?
