I got my PR through refugee claim and got it passed got my Passport back from CBSA but my process was inbetween for the refugee travel document i send them web form to cancel the process but i still got it in the mail and i am out country what to do can someone expla Please

So did you use your home country to travel outside of Canada?

Yes I asked IRCC they told me its okay to use

No I am not in my home country I have been to nepal i was supposed to return sooner but then i got blood infection and a teeth surgery which caused my trip to extend Its super cheap here so I can afford as long as i want.
