Passport for New born

We`r from NDVO(INDIA) Even though we`r blessed with a new born Baby & Our passports are already submitted to CHC for visa stamping , we`r worried regarding getting a passport for the NEW BORN!!! since in India the passport office demand parent`s passport too for verification purpose to grant a passport for the new born???????..........what`s the solution . please revert with genuine replies

1. Did you inform ND of the child's birth? Did you add the child to your application? If not, your visas won't be valid and have to be returned.
2. So until the child is added, your application amended, the fee paid, and your wait for medical instructions for the child.
3. so you will have to request your passports be returned.
