Im applying for citizenship in this month July
But my home country passport will expire in 2020, May.
As citizenship processing takes 1 year, my current passport will expire during the application process. Will this cause any issue with my application ?
and when i renew and get new passport, should I also update CIC ?
Or is it beter to renew my current passport now and then apply for citizenship after i get new passport ? (this will take 3-4 months to get new passport )
