I APPLIED VISITOR VISA FOR CANADA A WEEK AGO
TODAY I GOT EMAIL THAT Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office.

PLEASE GUIDE

IS THIS POSITIVE ?????

Where are you applying from? What's the average processing time? Did you apply on your own, use a VAC, or an agent?

If the passport is being returned much earlier than the average processing time, I'd be concerned it's being returned with a note that says you didn't include proper documents, or something.

I applied myself from chandigarh paper based .As per cic website 12 days processing time. but in my case they dispatched my passport on 8th day.

is any prior approval or rejection mail come??

You will probably just have to wait for the decision envelope. It's hard to say

I apply for Canda visa through agent uptill now I have not seen any evidence to show that my visa is been pressing please help me i want to track my passport to where it is right now thanks.....,

I believe it is an approval. I also got approved on the 8th day within the 12 days processing time in my country of residence last april 10th 2019 and Im here now in Canada.

I am having the same situation as yours.
Here is my time line .
File Submitted Paper-based at VAC-09/04/2019
Got AOR on-12/04/2019
Biometrics validation -15/04/2019
Processed Decision envelopes despatch on-16/04/2019.
Now fingers are crossed. Seniors please let me know as i m so tensed. may be today or tomorrow i am going to get my passport but just want to know that i

Yes i got an email on monday about validation of biometric and on Tuesday got despatch msg.
