I received an email today(4th oct 2019) saying that my passport is ready for collection. But I could not be at the vfs vac within 5pm(that's when vfs working hours conclude).
Tomorrow and the day after are saturday and sunday. And the coming monday and tuesday are holidays because of the durga puja festival. Next working day for vfs would be on wednesday the 9th oct 2019.
Am I in trouble? How long are they going to hold my passport?
