Passport application during Covid-19 pandemic

Just wanted to let you know that I had applied for a passport application on March 16th(2 days before it was shut down due to COVID-19) and I received my passport in the mail today. Looks like they have started processing applications that were already submitted and may begin reopening very soon.

Thanks very much for updating us. Congratulations on receiving your passport! It's a good sign that they are starting to look into non-urgent applications. I hope their offices open soon!

I just called yesterday and they said it is open for urgent travel-related passport application at this point. If anybody else has any input please let us know! TIA

Passport Canada has just resume it's services.
