Pasport request mexico vo

I got a pasport request for my permanent resident on sep - 9 - 19 i sumitted in vac center in santo domingo because is our visa office on sep 10 -19 . Its been more then 45 days .. and we dont know when i will get it back
We are despered now and we cant call then just email and they dont answer .. any help here

Call the VAC in Santo Domingo and ask them where your passport is. They should be able to tell you if it’s in Mexico or on its way back to RD.
