in identity card it shows , name , husband name , date of birth , date of expiry of NIC , country of stay all in ENGLISH but on the back of it it shows permanent address in Urdu language.

I believe they will accept this as mainly pic, name and other identification is in English. Please commend if this parmenent address on the back could be a problem which is in urdu language

I would recommend you get it translated and notarized. Just to be on the safe side.
