I would appreciate all opinions about my question.

I have already received ITA, claimed that I had 3 full time years of experience in mechanical engineering (2132). One year in the position of engineer (20 hours per week) (worked during studying) and 2 years 8 months in the position of junior research associate (40 hours).
But just before submitting my documents I started to fear that my one part time year during my last year at a university will not be counted.
I have worked in one firm and have all the referenced letters that my duties on these two position are the same.
Have there any examples been when experience was not been counted because VO thought that a person could not perform duties due to lack of a degree.
In my county, while I was studying there was no separation for a master and bachelor degree and all students got degree "Specialist". WES evaluated it as a master degree.

Part time work while studying is valid so i don't think there is anything to be worried about.

So there have not been any examples when VO thought that a person was not qualified to perform certain duties?
I just fear that VO may think: "How a person perform duties without completing education. And even the same he has done after graduation! I think he is lying"
But it is true that I did the same duties at the both position =)) My supervisor can confirm that.
Thank you for your reply!

I have not seen any such case. I have read that part time work done during study in Canada can't be used but your case is not that. Anyways in general NOC and education have no relationship unless it is a regulated profession. I think you should be good. You can order GCMS notes after 75+ days from AOR to see how the analyst treated your work experience just to be certain.

But why after only 75 days? I have seen some people done it earlier.

Depends on Visa office also. There are many VOs who won't even touch your file in that many days :) There is no harm in applying earlier if you want. You may not see many details.
