I did my Master’s in the UK, and during my studies I worked part-time for 2 years as shift manager. I also did a 6-month paid internship in the UK.

My questions are:

  1. Does part-time work experience gained during studies (2 years) count as foreign skilled work experience for CRS points?
  2. Will a 6-month paid internship in the UK be considered as eligible foreign work experience for CRS?

1. Since posting under CEC, did you claim all this work experience on any Canadian work or study permits?
2 If so, do you have paystubs, bank statements and job experience letter?
3. When was the experience?

If you claimed it on any Canadian permits and have all documentation then yes, it is possible.

The issue is misrepresentation. If you were asked on your SOWP about prior work experience and didn't include it that is misrepresentation (lying). Were you not asked about past work experience or did you leave it blank? So if you didn't include and do now then if you get ITA, it is possible to get procedural fairness letter for lying on your work permit application. Consult a lawyer.
