part-time study in summer and PGWP

So I am in the process of applying my PGWP...when my school tells me that my summer term was part-time (even though I confirmed beforehand that it was an optional semester).

Will this affect my PGWP?

Yes, but it was during a scheduled break semester. I even confirmed this with my school before registering for classes. I was full-time for the rest of my program.

So then what is the issue if it was a scheduled break. Your transcript and completion letter will state that you were full time. Provide a statement that you were full time and took courses during a scheduled break.
