Congrats man. Nothing to worry as long as you prepare a CV based on Canadian criteria and there are no contradictions between the CV and your forms and documents. you can easily find Canadian CV samples online if you are not familiar with the format.

Paris VO stopped sending AORs lets say 4-5 days after you've received AOR, instead they started sending MR and RPRFs directly. This change results in confusion in understanding the progress of our application. What I mean and what I hope for you: your application may be in a further step than those who received MRs because it is no more an indication of progress.

Today I received MR, PCC, RPRF and requested copy of the CV too

as far as I know to CIC, not to the Visa office.

What I heard is there are several regional centers where medical reports are being sent. One of them is London. What I do not understand is if all medicals from certain regions are directed lets say to Canada House in London then why MR to PPR average days differ by visa office? If we look at the data in the spreasheets for example Ankara VO and Paris VO have different average of days (from MR to PPR) whereas regionally both of them refer to Canada House in London

duration between MR to PPR is not determined by the duration of Medical Procedures which is very very short. It is governed by the duration of background checks... at least in Paris VO it is so.

Interesting info. My assumption was VO already finalizes background check by the time of issuing MR, particuarly after you pay all the fees including PRPF. What is checked under background check?

I agree with you because once you get the visa, you have 1 year from the date of medical check to enter Canada and become a permanent resident. So it doesn't make sense that any VO send MR before finishing background checks, checking work experience .. Etc.

In my case I received PER on 14th of February, MR and PRPF requests on 12th of March, Process Started Line update on 15th of April. This sequence of updates are quite common for late 2014 Paris VO applicants. What I assume is that they gave up sending AOR, instead they are asking MR and PRPF. Then MR and PRPF became nothing but only indication of Paris received your "valid" application. I dont have any clue or idea when they are starting background checks (criminality and experience checks), did they start my checks on 12th of March or 15th of April? I dont know. how long does it take? God knows.

I think that was applicable to VOs which can not handle an application in one year, in Paris VO, they are fast enough to complete visa procedure within 7-8 months.

Maybe for them no need to loose extra time with another turn of files for MRs and payments. Now my application is ready when checks completed, they will ask for the passport.

I received my PER on 11.02.15, RPRF request on 03.04.15, CV request on 09.04.15, MR request on 10.04.15. I still have only 1 line in ECAS stating that my application was received in Nov. What can be the reason for the lack of inputs in ECAS?

Withinin two weeks after you completed Medical Check, you will have second line update with "MR Received", then later someday that 2nd line will become "we start process" and 3rd will be "MR Received".
