Hi there,
Just bit of a background information.
I have been working for Bell Canada since end of 2010. I started with 23K salary. I have moved to 40k salary with minimum 12k Bonus plan(i was promoted in May 2012 to this new salary)
I currently have around 8k sitting in my bank account.
- Currently making 40k +12k Bonus (since May 2012)
-Current Bank Balance 8k
-Last two years income assessment 20k (2010) 37k (2011)
-Family in Canada Me and My wife(Student)
-Status: Canadian Citizen
-No property in Canada yet.

I will like to invite my parents to Canada on Visitor visa. My parents are well off, my father is currently employed and my mom is a house wife. Both have multiple properties in their name. They also have 10 years multiple visa to USA and they already made a trip to usa last year.
I will like to know, if my current financial status is good enough to invite my parents to canada? any tips to get the file approved or anything needs to be done at my end?
Please advice.
Thanks
Agarwal

Are you planning to invite them on a super visa or a regular visitor's visa?

For regular visa and even for super visa, I believe you are in good shape to invite them...
go for it..

couple responses indicated that I will be okay to sponsor my parents for multiple visitor visa. How sure could I be? what is the criteria anyone know? was anyone else in the same boat as me? Financially? Anyone?
