Parent's Visitor Visa Rejection

My mother applied for Visitor Visa. She has been given a number of reasons including: the reason for the travel to Canada, ties to her country of residence, whether she would respect the conditions of her admission, whether she is inadmissible to Canada; whether she would leave Canada at the end of her authorized stay.

Obviously, most of the reasons shown doesn't make any sense.

What can I do now? How can I appeal? What's the procedure to do so?

Dear. This refusal includes various reasons but this is the standard pattern they have set for majority of the TRV applications.
What is the time line of your mothers application, can you please share the details here?
