Parents Visitor Visa - my CIC Account Query

Hello experts,

I am a PR of Canada. I want to apply for my parents Visitor Visa. When I check the eligibility criteria, it asks for some questions as if where you are applying from. Should I select India or Canada in that? Also, can I create this application in my own myCIC account or do they have to create their own account?

create their own account and select India.......Canada embassy in India will process their applications...

So, I should answer eligibility criteria pretending I am my father? In that case, I have questions like:

I will not fill up the Representative Form too. Is that right?
How to answer the Financial Support/Sponsorship question? It says, are you(Father) going to sponsor for your visit?
What will be the difference in Letter of invitation and Letter of Sponsorship? Can they be combined?
