Any update???

Nothing thus far.
My agent mentioned to wait, but it’s been more than 42 business days now from the time I submitted the application with upfront medical.
does raising webform tell you what the reason is for delay? And if your application is stuckdue to some reasons?

Hello ,

I have also applied for my parents on the same date

Oct 2nd : applied
Oct 9th : biometric done
Oct 24th : medical passed
Still no updates yet showing up as (your application is in process ) I’m super stressed since am expecting by January 2024 and thinking about the upcoming stamping process in India. Can we reach out to them via email on this or should wait until the entire processing time which is 42 days ?

Does the application tracker show eligibility completed and the background verification in progress ? Also did you try to raise web form ? I did raised few but no response for any of them

Can you still apply for a parent’s super visa even if you are unemployed by using your spouse’s proof of employment, T4 and portfolio etc??

Bio - updated on same day Previously done

Nov 3rd- medical request both the parents

Nov - 7th - medical done

Nov 16th- mother medical passed

November 17th - PPR for mother and BVL

November 20 th - medical passed for father

November 21st - PPR and BVL

November 27th - passport submission

December 5th- received passport for both parents with PG- 1 stamp

Best of luck, it's better to apply supervisa than visitor.

Thanks for the update . Thinking about the fast processing time I did applied for super visa . But my case is having submitted on Oct 2nd , medical and bio everything completed except the background verification which shows in progress still . Submitted web forms and customer care still no change .

Also would like to know how soon you received visa refusal with your previous exp ? Is it after so many months ? Because least if they do that we shall get a chance to reapply despite of waiting

It was within a week , but was ordinary visitors visas,
Supervisa have higher approval chances
