Parents' Super Visa information

Hello everyone,

I am applying for my parents' super visa and one of the requirement is to include additional information about their parents, things like date of birth, date of death etc. The only problem is they don't have this information as this was a long time ago. The only way to bypass this question is by saying I don't know who my parents are.

Is there anyone else who dealt with a similar issue and recommendations on how to deal with this?

When you apply for your PR, didn't you have to include the additional information about your parents (things like their date of birth) too?

I did include information about my parents, but there is no requirement to provide information about their parents (like there is for a super visa)
