Parents Super Visa Chances - After I become PR and living inside Canada

Not sure who the "someone told you" is but yes there could be a concern that parent will claim asylum when she enters. That is why she shows strong ties to return, strong travel history and money.

Even if I apply for a super visa for my mom, they can still ask her this question?

I’m not completely sure, but I believe IRCC has currently paused new Parents and Grandparents Program applications and is not accepting new interest-to-sponsor forms or invitations until further notice. If anyone has more recent information or an update on this, please share. Also, just to clarify, are you asking about a Permanent Residence (PR) application to sponsor your mother, or are you talking about a Visitor Visa/Super Visa application? I’m a little confused about which application you mean.

She could be questioned upon entry to Canada to deter her likelihood of claiming asylum when entering Canada. If for example you claimed asylum due to your genuine sexuality then you shouldn’t be concerned that you will be outed. Your parents must be aware that you claimed asylum. They could also be asked how you got status in Canada. I assume they must have questioned how you were able to get asylum in Canada.

Even if I sponsor my mother on a super visa, there is a possibility of similar questions.

My parents visited me in Toronto last week. They came with Supervisa. They were never questioned during the visa application process, i.e. during the biometrics, medical checkup, and passport handover/collection process back home. When they landed in YYZ and went to immigration, they had to scan their passports and answer simple questions on the kiosk including any food/perishables/liquids/prohibited items in the bags. They got a printout at the end with a barcode. Then had to take it to the immigration exit area, where immigration/customs officers scanned the code and asked a few simple questions like the reason for visiting + supervisa insurance, how many days they'll stay in Canada, and what type of items are in the bag. The officer then stamped the passport and the paper receipt and allowed parents to exit to the baggage collection area. In the baggage collection area, once parents collected the bags, they went to the final exit. At the final exit, there were officers again who collected the stamped receipts back from parents. This is first-hand experience and there's no situation where the officers asked about refugee status of children or any relative or anything as such.

your mother should be prepared to answer questions about your situation if an officer asks, but she does not need to know every detail of your refugee claim.

Of course, every application and entry situation can be different, so I understand that there is no guarantee that another applicant would receive exactly the same questions.
