Parents Sponsorship alternatives

I am permanent resident in Canada since October 2018. I don't have any siblings and My dad is alone in India. I was wondering if there is any other category [apart from parent sponsorship which will take me another three years] that I can apply under for the permanent residence of my Dad.

There is no other way for you to sponsor him.

Of course if he qualifies, he can certainly apply for PR on his own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.

Assuming you have a job that meets LICO, another option is to apply for a super visa which will allow for longer visits as a tourist.
