I am looking to sponsor my mom (widowed) for canada PR, but i have some conserns regarding that.
I am here since april 2014 as a PR AND working full time. My total family size is 3 right now and expecting a baby in january 2016.
My current year income is over 36,000 CAD and still 1.5 months to go so it would be around 38-39,000.
Can i sponsor my mom in this case or i need somthig more.
I buy a house also this month.
If not what about super visa???

Please reply friends, she is alone at my back home, we applied her visitor visa but rejected last month.
Need suggestions.

Unless you live in Quebec, you need to provide tax returns for three years in order to sponsor your mother. This means that to apply in January 2016, you need to provide tax returns for 2012, 2013 and 2014 that all meet the low income cut off. Does your income combined with your spouse's income meet the low income cut off for all three years? If not, you'll need to wait until you meet this requirement - and a regular visitor visa or super visa is your only option as of now.

Sorry - I take that back. You may not make enough income to bring your mother to Canada on a super visa. When you say you are a family of three right now, does that include your mother or not?

Looked back through your old post. You already have one child according to that information - so it looks like your current family size (with your mother) is 4 - and that will increase to 5 once the baby is born. If that's right, you don't make enough to bring your mother on a super visa. A regular visitor visa is the only option.

Patel bhai. Jai amba. Ur income is low. Take help from accountant to file 2015 based on 5 people super visa income requirement. May be overtime work might help. Rest accountant can guide u.

Get ur mom in summers on super visa. Then after 6 months or in case ur widowed mother have no child except u. Then u can try h and c route. But u will need some lawyer to get won such PR application.
