who is waiting to win the 10000 lottery? anyone ready with the forms?

I had to apply for my In laws, My income is ok for 2014/15/16 . This year is process changed. After lottery they gave 90 days to submit forms. Until that time i would have my NOA. I still CAN NOT apply, because forms says income from year 2013/14/15

Another effort to push back for parents' PR

Some one on these forums support CIC, by saying that it is correct because lots of people don't have NOA until that time. I could not understand how that is justifiable. If someone don't have they can try next year. I have already paid $100 000 tax for 3 years, why you want me wait because of some one who did not paid it...

Lots of people support it... I could not understand..

So yes, i am waiting for lottery , if CIC understand this and correct the forms. I am confused, should i apply this year or next year?

Medical results have been received.

Passport requested: January 3, 2017.

Needed some advice. Here is my timeline

Application submitted: Jan 2016
Documents requested: June 2016
Approved as a sponsor: July 2016
Request for medical: July 2016
Medical received on CIC status : August 2016
PCC has also been submitted to the New Delhi visa office but the application is in the Ottawa visa office

So i know It could be a long while from here but do you have any recommendations on what the next steps are. I have had no luck linking my paper application so I don't know where I can go for a status update. I know I have read that I can call my MP for updates which I will try and do on Monday potentially.

Does anyone know the timeline from this point and does Medical results have been received actually mean that they have been passed also or only received on CIC status?

Hi Forum

I am filling out forms to apply for a visitor visa for my parent. I am a bit confused on the family information form. I have found IMM5707E in CIC visitor Visa package, but there is no place to include brothers & sisters for the applicant.

Someone suggested me IMM5645E for the family information that has the place to include brothers and sister but this form is not included in the visitor visa package on CIC website.

Which one to use?

Please Suggest.

First of all I would say, You had applied in 2016 and there is special thread for 2016, I think that is more active and you can post your question there.

What is the reason, you have submitted the PCC to delhi Visa office instead of Ottawa, when your file is with Ottawa visa office?. I think you should send scanned copy of PCC to Ottawa Visa office.

The next step i think are background check, CIC will check, if your parents server in Military or Police and continue education of any dependents etc....

You can again try to link the application, Just stick with the one option e.g UCI number and Family name, then keep try changing other fields e.g number of person's on file, try with 2, 3, 4 or 5 or number of total applicants on file.

Hi everybody,
I want to order caips/gcms notes. I have 3 dependent on file with my mother. can I just order caips for my mother since the dependents are listed in her file anyways and I can get an update on the dependents as well. or I have to order 4 separate caips notes.
also if I decide to just order for my mother, do I have to send the consent form of my siblings as well since they are listed in my mothers file and I will be accessing their info.
please advice!
