We received your application for permanent residence on September 24, 2010.
We started processing your application on May 20, 2015.
We sent you medical instructions on July 25, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We sent you correspondence on October 26, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Medical results have been received.

his is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:

1) Passports
· VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.
· Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

I was so hopeful when I received the upfront medical request last year and thought the the long wait is over. People were getting passport requests and I started feeling that my parents ordeal will be over soon. CIC has a quota and they slow down in the first quarter. I think government policies does not matter when it come to processing time. They might take in more applications but they never mentioned anything about wait list. Yes, I agree that taking in refugees is important for the new government to improve their image in the world but are our parents not refugees?? They have been waiting for 5-6 years.

As per timing 77 months, they need it. Other wide depends on case to case. 6.5 years

Now clear 2009 and 2010 files. May be u will get medical one more time
But r lucky your visa office is Ottawa. May be u can get passport request ssoon

final X-ray done on 30 dec . visa office is New Delhi .

We did our medical on 25 Jan 2016 and doctor sent our result to SVO on 28 Jan 2016. Do u know what Medical Result have been received mean? I heard someone said that if application status saw medical result have been received that mean medical is passed, right or not?

As I know, medical test coded by physician Grade A or Grade B. If your results coded with A grade means your medical clear and passed. If coded Grade B. Then means potential and need more investigation in process.

Where did you find the grading of your medicals. Did the panel physician inform you or eCas.

I red physician guide book provided by cic. Grade A means perfect.
GRADE B means any potential sign. Of any problem with exam

The panel physician just inform us via phone message and in message they said that our medical result is upload to e-Medical system. After then we went there to ask about our result then they told that our both result are all Normal.

Hi..My Dad had a ByPass surgery recently due to blocked arteries, and I'm expecting that his medicals would be coming soon for PR. I just wanted an opinion from anybody who went through something similar or any senior members on their opinion. How does DMP looks at such situations, Is there something that I can do to make sure he goes through the medicals positively, I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks

All they are looking for is spreadable disease and/or cost associated with medical treatment (which has already been treated).
