URGENT QUESTION.
Guys we didnt receive any medical request since 8 months and today when we called we got to know that they have sent the medical on 31st march which exactly after 4 months but We have NOT receuved the request. With that today they also sent us to prove my sister who is the sponcer to send prove with our mother and some important papers and documents. GUYS PLEASE GELL ME IF THIS IS A GOOD NEWS? they have given us 30 days to send the documents.

Want to share a great news.... My parents got their passports back with visa.

and what is more safer to travel asap or before medical expire.

And one more question.
im currently doing mba second last semester.
Can I transfer my credit hours over some college or university . Or in canada there is no policy of transfer credited hours of studies .

I recommend to travel and land ASAP. After that, you can return to Pak to wind up affairs, spend time if necessary, etc.
Remember for maintaining PR residency obligation, you only need to stay 2yrs out of 5 yrs in Canada.
Your other family members or sponsor can send your PR Card by courier to Pak to you or send via some other reliable traveler who's traveling to your city

I'm not sure if you'll be granted enough credit for your study, best to check with universities in Canada.
As I said, do a short landing (you can even leave and return next day) and then go complete ur study and then move permanently.
I don't advise to wait until last minute, as due to flight delays, airport closures, strikes, etc you can have risk of visa expiry.

Send them FAX to ask for medical forms, tell them the medical forms were NEVER received.
Send the documents ASAP. Make copies of everything you send them.

Good news is when medical results are clear and passport is requested. But this you can say is progress.

did you receive email request or call for passport submission and how long did it take after your medical? i thought they now ask to drop off the passport to VFS centre, did they ask you to drop off at VFS centre?

i agree with canvis regarding land ASAP and worry later for things.
regarding credit transfer every university has their own policies you need to check with the universities when you come here.
there is also a company who evaluate degree and transcripts which most universities recognizes go to their website for more info. http://www.icascanada.ca/home.aspx

Congrats. When did you receive the additional documents request?? Also, did they ask for Supplementary Form as part of additional document? They haven't asked us to send that

What can one make out of this status?

1) Medicals received and currently under review

2) Medicals received and have passed it

2) Medicals received and failed and I might get a fairness letter (I HOPE NOT )



On the other side of this CIC also emailed a month ago asking for FBI clearance which I have applied for and waiting.

We submitted our passport to islamabad embassy as they asked us to submit there.
we received email on mailing id thats it.
Medical done 30th march
After 2 weeks they ask us for schedule A forms and police certificate
Then in june they again ask for A form ( due error . We forgot to mention some missing dates details)
20th july passports request.

Hi SunDusk,

In our Case, we got MEDrequest on 22nd April andgot additional doc request in May, did medical on May6th andsent additonal docs onMay 25th, no update after this.
Waiting for next step. My Ecas is not updated yet, it says Only Application reqcieved on XXXX
