Hello page members please help me....!! I have question.!

If a person like my dad have a surgrey of heart ...only studs ... Will delhi immigration will reject our medicals ..!! Plz can anyone tell this ..!!

I Donot think that anybody ever got rejected on Nedical basis. It is understandable for parents to have health issues at this age.
I have seen many parents immigrated with lots of health issues. So don't worry . He will be ok with medicals. CIC is taking financial guarentee from us anyways so they cannot deny immigration on thd medical basis.

Thnx bro yes ..i think having stud is not big thing ..ncoz we did minor surgrey to make ourself fit ...they did noy hv any other health problem ..only tbis hve so its solved ..so delhi immigration dont hv problem ..hope everything gets ryt

Hello all, I sponsored my father along with 4 dependents in Nov 2009. The file got transferred to London office in September 2014. Does anyone know how long will it take for medical request??

Documents requested in Jan 2013 and submitted in January 2013
File got transferred to London office in September 2014
Application status shows that decision made and application received in Nov 2009.

I requested for an update on my application, it is in london office just waiting for its turn.
Does anyone know how long London office actually takes to process. Right now it says 74 months. Anyone in same boat???

Yes i am in same boat our is June 2009 case file transferred to London office in March 2014, no news yet. we have 2 dependants and parents.
dont worry about timelines e.g 74 month because i know 2 people here 2009 case (pakistani) just received medical.
i order gcms notes it will come next month, will let you know. i suggest you do the same.

My Parents entered Canada on 29th Dec 2012 and stayed throughout as Visitor visa and flagpoled on Jan 7th 2014
My father has 2 T4's for the year 2014

Now for Taxation purpose, do I have to says their move in was Jan 7, 2014? as apparently this date makes a difference of 1200 refund. CRA considers WITB for whole year but they were technically here b4 that so I am confused as I am filing their taxes
Was their move actually Jan 7 2014 or no, coz they were from 29th Dec 2012?

Also, were they considered deemed resident for 2013? as they were here for full year, I get stuck at a point about deemed non-resident and Canadian tax treaty

Your father has to file Canadian tax return since the day he became PR i.e. landed on Jan 7, 2014. The years he stayed here as a visitor don't count.

My father undergone medial finally on 9th August 2014 for super visa
PCC issued on 23 August 2014 expired on 22nd Feb but my father landed at Canada on 1st Nov 2014 on super visa
Please share you experience as to whether medical of super visa is valid for 1 year and as to whether new PCC is required as my father landed in Canada on 1st nov and by this time it is 4 years passed so from where the pcc will be asked for
and if from canada how much time it takes from Brampton where are are based

I called CRA and explained, not only they have to file IT for 2013 ( since they were here lawfully ) but says NO for Jan 23rd as New Move to Canada
As per CRA, the defn is different when it comes to tax purposes and immigration

I think they will start sending medical this year for 2009 beginning with "No dependent" first then move on to "with dep" applicants.
