Just have the parents land as soon as possible.
If there is some medical surveillance required, they will tell you at the airport in Canada.
Otherwise no need for any concerns. Best to go to Canada as soon as possible. The sooner they get there, the quicker they qualify for provincial healthcare. Buy medical insurance for 90 days if there is waiting period by province for health.

Yes we are going to do the same as till now i didnt receive any reply from New Delhi so not going to wait as visa validity is only 2 months

hi vansh, we have done additional test of my father yesterday bt they didn't gave us any paper or reciept as a proof, now i just want to knw that they gave any proof or not, is it ok ???

11 months passed since additional documents was sent to CHC ISB...no news from them....
and some of www.trackitt.com users posting that they changed our LVO from ISB to London visa office they asked this thing from their MP and they confirmed it don't know how much time still remaining.......just waiting..

Friends share ur views about LVO news..............

It is perfectly ok dear dnt worry ... If u go fr additional tests then they dnt give u any proof f dat bcz tracking sheet is already given to embassy nd pp send additional test directly to e file .. Dnt worry .. Tell me if u r 2008 applicant y they took so much tyn fr medical request??? Wat abt additional test???

Friends share ur views about LVO news..............

Nabeel, changing LVO is for new applicant or after 2009 i think. Our application are already in process at ISB so i dont think so it will effect us. for example 2010 and later will be transferred to London. Have you ordered GCMS notes? If not, you should.
I sent new PCC in March with the cover letter asking what is the status, no response as yet but i will order gcms notes 1st week of May
