Hello fellows , I have sponsored my parents in april 2009 and online status been "we started processing your application on December 9th 2013". I want to order notes can someone tell me can I order them? or it should be done only by an applicant. and if someone can tell me if they will be called for fingerprints since they visited Canada for 3-4 weeks for RCMP checks?

I dont see any fax # for ISB office and how do I contact Ottawa? I have already sent the inquiry by submitting online form for case specific inquiry and will contact the MP too.

This is internal mail..so not necessarily went to CPP Ottawa, you wont get any reply from them as your file is in ISL. Your best bet is email with URGENT subject line..also if ISL has indeed mailed anything out you will see that in the OUTGOING section of the notes, if not then this hasnt't been sent as it was just an observation and recommendation in the notes section at the bottom

I don't see any outgoing section in gcms but at the end i see Notes section e.g. Note 1, 2.... there it is stated "Noted that police certificates were requested on 2013/05/04" also "RCMP initiated for spouse" and "spouse resided in Canada from May to Nov. 2010 and as such requires RCMP clearance" and under Activity "New Value" said Finger Print required, updated 2013/07/09.
I sent the online case specific inquiry but there is no subject there for Urgent.
I already asked my folks to prepare police certificates and once they are completed i would ask them to send them to ISB and for finger print i will either wait for online inquiry response or send them a snail mail? What do you say?

Its good that you are preparing for it, the thing is that whatever is mentioned in the notes goes to another section who prepares the letter for you and this communication is at time delayed horribly ( very evident from the likes of NDVO and ISL ), but it could be that they changed their mind as well as such request should follow a letter
Another thing is that due to horrible note keeping capabilities of such LVO's, it might have not recorded properly in OUTGOING as well - so its hard to say, best is to wait for response from them

@itslaeq, brother at the New Delhi office they usually request for the passports along with medicals. At the Islamabad office they dont do that. However, our ecas status is inprocess since 29th November, 2012.

My time line is apr 2008. we done our medical in june 2012 which was expired. now we have done the medical again in this month.
I want to know that was chc new Delhi requested your passport and pcc in the medical letter or they wrote an other letter for it. I am asking because we are not asked for pcc and passport. please reply

today we got our passports back unfortunately without visas and a letter for remedical exam
they only asked for medical exam in the letter but we will send fresh pcc's and my study documents also for safe side
now i want to ask that whether we should go to the same doctor who did our medical last time or we can change the physician?
i would appreciate your suggestions

That happened to us before. It was inprocess for long time and then they asked for pp in 2012. Next they refused the application and we had to go through the appeal process which easily delayed my application by two years. After we won the appeal in oct 2012, my file was at application received for almost a year and then inprocess since 16 dec 2013.

it is better if you go to the same doctor. same thing happened to us also.now we have done our re- medicals on 8th feb. it is really disappointing that we are doing our re-medicals for their fault only.

I got passport and pcc request with the medical request at the same time via email. I am guessing your file might be at a stage where medicals might help them in making a decision. The worst thing about ndvo is that they are not organised and clear in what they say or do.

What was the reason of refusal? Your application should be given priority. :S

The reason they gave us was sponsor did not have the minimum income required to sponsor 4 of us. Morever they did not even contact us in relation to this anytime and in the refusal letter they said our application is refused and they tried contacting us for proof of income. My sponsor and co sponsor regularly updated CIC with their pay stubs and t4's as they were well above the minimum income requirement all the time. Because of CICs incompetence, it cost me 2 extra years as of now.
