Did you search your student permit? also, as per khaira, UCI should be same for you to - try different DMP or tell him to do under yours
I know Khaira said that his DMP got it done and he got it passed but if you read the meds form, it says that if you are outside India, you need to request ND med forms which is what we got


yeah i know i have my own UCI no. on study permit... i called a doctor in misissauga ..she said i can't tell you right now ...u have to come on the appointment then i can tell if it will work or not... but our lawyer said it should be ur dads uci... i emailed new delhi because it was written on the forms that if you are outside india you have to email ND and get canada specific medical forms... i don't know how long it will take ...

tell doctor to write The same UCI on requested letter.dont use your UCI .Explain The Doctor this is not your individual case. and you dont have to take any special form. if you in vancouver area jz inbox me i will tell you the doctor where i did mine medical. i am also on student visa in canada. my medical is passed and received in ND office.some doctors send medical to ottawa so make sure before doing anything.

Goes to Ottawa, who updates it in GCMS that its passed or no

You doc seems to do the e-meds system, that's why they are insisting on UCI, the single UCI for whole family is more prevalent in India where they havn't adapted the new system vastly. Unless, you can get a DMP like khaira who could send meds off with single UCI

The "outside' India forms have nothing but pre-filed info and IME# know which is used to match your meds

hello guys me and my brother are dependent children
our parents had applied us on october 12, 2012
medical was also sent with the file
after that file was sent by mississauga to new delhi on 22nd november 2012
then sponsorship was approved
then on 2nd of march we got the email from ndvo to sent the passport and payment of landing fees
but after that it,s going to complete 4 months nothing was happened on our file
status shows application received

Is there any ph# available?

LVO send letters/meds or any request to rep in Canada and if the request/letter is to send passport then the rep will notify their parents in back home to send their passport to LVO and LVO then send back with visa to your parents e.g. Pakistan.

yes mine was sent directly to new delhi office because on letter it indicates that all form n medical should send to new delhi office.i also paid DMP for courier to india through DHL. i dont know about your letter what it says and the new e-med system as said by user828. thats how i did mine.

what is this due date? i got letter for RPRF payment which should made before july 7 ,2013. so what is my due date? any idea?
