Did you pay online with credit card ? if so you are supposed to email that confirmation to Mississauga office. I have heard someone else had same issue . Medical request paper does say about it.

I second about the suggestion to email the confirmation to Mississauga office. Also i had a similar problem where they returned my file claiming passport pictures were not included in the application so i just sent it back highlighting with huge arrows and a letter telling them to look properly. do the same.

in the worst case they will ask you to have another medical exam.

thank you my friend. i should mention that my father was an airman and retired 30 years ago. do you think it cause our case longer. how long does it take after the second medical to get our visa? that would be a big help ;D

Application- Nov 25th 2007
transfered to Vienaa- May 6th 2012

I contacted CIC back in January 2013 asked them for an update, they said its still in process

No medicals done yet.

CIC mississauga said our income didnt meet the requirement but still transferred our case to Vienna. I emailed Vienna with documentation about our income that back in 2007 we didnt make as much as we are making now.

Anyone have any answers? its such a long process

Sorry to say but there is very high probability Vienna will refuse the case as they can not over rule CIC Mississauga decision but you will be given a fair chance to appeal in IAD and if you win from IAD, case will again go to Vienna for further process.
If it happens add one more year in your timeline.

@ khaira--- please send ur receipt to MISSISSAUGA. U can either fax or email the receipt. The RPRF receipt MUST be sent to the Mississauga office. So do it ASAP, as it takes abt 4-6 wks ( as told by cic) to update it in the system. N then just notify the ND tht u hv sent the receipt to Mississauga.

@ khaira--- On the electronic copy of any application, it is Mississauga Office's responsibility to enter the details of payments made by the applicants. Hence any payments that you make, you have to ensure that CPC-M is aware of it, by sending a copy of the receipt with all the details on it (applicant's names, dob etc). One way to find out if payments are correctly applied is by going through the GCMS notes. They clearly indicate if any payments are due or not applied. LVO would simply go by this when sending letters to applicants asking them to make payments.

based on the dates, you should have already gotten request for medical and passports. have you ordered GCMS notes?

Oh yes, please check as some of us missed it and it was hard to get it back - one of the users got whole file rejected as he never got back to them
So start emailing with URGENT to Delhi, order GCMS notes - get on it pronto!
