Try to quote their definition of dependent child and prove your sister is doing the same thing with letters from college .Also try to explain the course its weightage , who can do it and why people are doing it. Try to prove this course as a post secondary corse or atleast it is required for better job oppertunities.

*Submiited additional forms to CIC in Mississauga in Feburary 2012
*File tranfer to Visa Office in Islamabad in April 2012
*Visa Office asked for additional forms in July 2012
*Got the medical request in January 2013


And I am confused now. Why they sent me Meical Form only for the Father (principal Applicant)
how the doctor would know the detail about the mother. Do they get these details from some sort of on-line network that they might have?

My other freinds who have gone through all this process told me that visa office sent a bunch of documents, not just one page IMM1107, separate for the principal applicant and each dependent

Some time now they are just sending one form for the principal appplicant only.Some time they send hard copy too later by mail for every member and sometime not. Its kinda normal practice now.Don't worry just book the appointment and go ahead with medicals.Few people did that already.
Your friends are right ,before they use to send forms with photographs ,now things are changed.

i send them fbi clearence of feb11 2012 .they never ask until know for new fbi clearence from me but i get it new one so if they want i can send them quickly .one more thing they never ask for state clearence but i already applied for that too my mom live in one state for 3 year i.e CA,usa.my mother has 2 to 1 month short visitto canada for 8 times frim usa to canada .i mention in travel history form all dates of canada visit

Surprisingly, they havent asked for travel forms nor other paperwork

But they have asked personal details history from 1975 so that will include all anyway

just mention the travel history between dates which they ask for and applied new FBI clearence send document as soon as possible don't wait for FBI clearence.just get it on your side so if they want u can send it as soon as possible.
