May it all go smoothly for you,nanapush, when you land on Tuesday. Let us all know how it went. Have you got your Goods to Follow and Goods Accompanying lists completed? I plan to do mine tomorrow so I'll be ready for 7th March when I land. It seems they sometimes ask for them when you land although you could be going back home to settle your affairs and then coming back to settle in Canada at a later date. Best to be prepared!

Hi everyone, i havea problem here. My sister recvd letter frm ND regarding her education after 22 years of age. She was 22 at time of sponsorship. After completeing her MA, she enrolled in Industrial training diploma. Now, immigration officer's concern is that the courses she completed are not considered post secondary in nature as minimum entry requirement for the course is Matric....however, when she started the course, she was informed that doing this after MA will give her extra points on her grades and there should not be any problem with her immigration as well.....but now,, its a big problem....have no idea how to satisfy that officer, has 30 days to reply...Any help will be highly appreciated....

Thankyou for your good wishes. We're very excited . We have a list of items from our shippers but not the whole completed valuation form as we won't be shipping until later but as you say we also think it bestto have some information to show when we arrive.

Sorry to hear that Sonu86. I would say read our old posts when member39 asked almost same question and maybe try to get help from India's university's proffesors and comeup with strong reason for changing subject And yeah like user828 said try getting the proof/letter from that counsellor/professor who suggested. Good luck, dont worry.

I would say read our old posts when member39 asked almost same question and maybe try to get help from India's university's proffesors and comeup with strong reason for changing subject And yeah like user828 said try getting the proof/letter from that counsellor/professor who suggested. Hi kandel, I hav 2 sis n my brother.....the problem is not change subjects but that courses she completed after MA not considered post secondary....however, institute has no specific criteria for entry requirements....infact they give extra points if u r graduated before getting into their program.....officer mentioned clearly that her studies not considered post-secondary......

Yes, and perhaps speak to the dean/head to provide a letter that this is what it entails

but according to CIC ,the dependant must be full time student ,it is not written that he or she should do post graduation after gradution .

Thanks friends, I appreciate your response and support. I think my case is without any
any complication.No police military service ,no travel history,dependent under 22..LICO
more than requirement,etc..That is why it is decision made directly from app received.
I hope you all will tackle the hurdles if any.God is with us.
