today i got a mail frm Delhi office asking for my father medical . our medical was been done oh 28-11-12. and was sent to delhi on 13-12-12 with passports. and on 28-12-12 there was a mail frm delhi in which they asked for my mothers medical. they are not metioning any test which is t0 v done again . so we went 2 doc frm where med was done he gave say a letter in which he mentioned that there medical has been done on 28-11-12 he metion they the detail of every member in the case he gave name of courier company nd its track id. So we sent that letter to delhi on 7-1-13. after that on 25-1-13 . Ecase status chngd to " IN PROCESS" nd on 26-1-13 delhi visa office again sent the mail askin for the med of my father. so today agian we went to doc he gave us the same letter mention the details of med done . when i asked him of doin med again he told that med can only be done again after one year. so i am sendin that document agian to delhi which doc hav given us.

can anyone tell what else should i do know ?
what should we the prob regarding te medical?
is there any other way in which we can inform visa office abt the medicals that they hav been already done ?
plzzz help me regardin this THANKS

Did you try submitting an online case-specific inquiry? When you submitted your ppts and other documents, did you include Section A that was filled by the doctor? Do you have a copy of that?

no i asked my lawyer he said 2 wait before submittin any inquiry ..
yes i hav send those documents and even all the money receipts with it .
yes im havin ther copy 2 and i even sent these documents wen i sent document on 7-1-13 when they asked for my mothers med..

You mentioned you received the letter from CIC today. If so, CIC would be expecting something from you. Either the medical report or proof that your parents did the medicals. You can reply to that letter using the online case-specific inquiry option and attach the relevant documents. I do not see any point in waiting - unless your lawyer is in touch with CIC regarding this issue.

he told me me send all the documents through courier... i hav got a letter frm the doc in which he has mentioned that med hav been done on 28-11-12 and sent on 13-121-12.. with all the names and passport number

Send by Courrier IMO, New Delhi - one hand doesn't talk to the other and I have been experiencing this since last 2-3 months. I even called CIC, what a rude bunch, no professional etiquette, I had to use HINDI to make her understand, yet no help

Nanapush I received email from London cic.in email they mention that document(copr) issued today.will be received soon.now I think my dad will recieve copr within few days.

How did you send passport? also see my question above - what did you write in country of residence

I sent the passport through courier (Canada post purolator) and country of residence as Canada, I also attached a covering letter stating that she is on super visa and residing with my family.
