True.

Also my objective was to save some 1200 dollars on me. If my parents had to go to India for visa stamping, $600 was the cost to prepone the tickets. Also, when my parents would have landed, they would not have had medical coverage for 1st three months in ON and to buy private insurance for 3 months would be additional $600. So, a total of $1200.

When my parents came as visitors in Sept, 2012 they already had returned tickets for March 2013. Also, my parents have visitors medical insurance until March. If Passports comes now with visa from Seattle hopefully in 1-2 weeks, we'll go to Buffalo and land. Within a week of landing, we'll go for Health Card application and other ID's. Ontario Health Card will come within 3 months of landing and coverage will start exactly after 90 days of landing. My parents will return to India in March as scheduled and will come back on one-way ticket in April end or early May when health cards would have arrived and coverage started. The down side is we may not receive our parents PR cards before they leave for India. I'll have to spend $100 for courier to send PR cards to India.... So, net savings of $1100.....

I am sure you will get pp this week , I am looking at you as I am after you.

Grandma Nessie thanks.i am also tracking everyday on Royal Mail site.when my father got copr.i will post here.

So I have been fighting this since last 2 months. I just received my GCMS notes and I was part of Oct 2012 BULK MAILOUT from New Delhi and it says very clearly, see IMAGE

BUT I never got any email. I faxed Delhi 2 times and no one responded. How much time do I have?

Can someone give me the CIC #, and the numbers after that so I could reach someone and ask if they can help

BTW, what is PI? says letter sent to PI but is it email or letter

PI = Principal Immigrant

Did you try online case specific enquiry? I am sure you must have included a copy of the GCMS notes in your earlier inquiry.

PI = My father? but even then the email is mine? this is brand new GCMS which shows this, they say send package with letter but I am tired of inquiring

What can I do? go personally to delhi

Which fax no. did you send it to? Hope its not 91 (11) 4178-2020. They say, immigration related faxes at this number will not be reviewed.

Your best bet is to have your parents write and sign a letter stating that they have not received any emails at (provide your email address) and that the GCMS notes indicate medical requests were sent. Then scan and send this letter via the online case specific option.

Ya, thats the #. I am puzzled, I am their REP actually - should I just send everything with GCMS notes cutting?

user828, try writing them through the case-specific inquiry screen and attach your previous fax sheets to your inquiry. Mark it as "urgent".

If you can find your name in the "Representative" section of GCMS, then you can sign that letter. And yes, a copy of the GCMS notes would certainly help. Note that don't just type in the request on the online form. Attach your signed letter and copy of the GCMS notes. They need to see the physical signature on your requests.

By everything do you mean all the forms etc? If so, you may not be able to do that. For the medicals, you need to take a print out of the email that you should have received along with original passport(s). When you send the forms, you are also requested to send in the original passports.

What you can do, is to check with the local Panel Physician and see if they would carry out the medicals without a formal letter. If so, you can risk proceeding with the medicals. But if you are doing this, mention the same in your case-specific enquiry that you are proceeding with the medicals based on the notes.

My Folks are here in Canada and form for outside is different, another user asked delhi for that form, they never replied so he went to the doctor directly to get it done and they said it will go to Ottawa then delhi

Have you checked your computer settings? It may be blocking some emails? Make sure you add all CIC/CIC-New Delhi websites to your trusted sites in your settings.Being representative, You send them a letter explaining the situation and attach the copy of GCMS. I am pretty sure they can issue you another letter for forms update and medical request. I would suggest to speak to CIC-Mississauga also.
