Update- I have deleted the spreadsheet i created. As some of you have mentioned to me that it looked like a debate over timeline and you guys did not want to share any update from your file to not make situation worst. I would never want that you guys stop sharing ur updates. I was updating timeline before cuz there was nobody else but now as we all know that Rajaji is very active on updating timeline, there is no point of having two spreadsheets. So i have stepped back and deleted that spreadsheet now we have only one and just follow that one, keep updating and update your signatures. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
This is a brand new year lets stay positive, don't hurt anyone, do prayer, help people, be kind, love everyone and with God's grace we will have visas in our hands soon =)

Kandel you are a gem of a heart ! .. You have been here helping people since the very beginning when we were not even there. These days no one helps anyone with out any agenda! But you devoted all your heart and soul for maintaining the spreadsheet! You had been more than a family member for this forum .. Though i am sad you took the decision to opt out, but we still love you girl! . Always keep us enlightening us with all information and help and keep visiting this forum! We have got used to u! Very good decision.

As you guys know, earlier last year I started the original spreadsheet (was very simple) to keep track. Then Rajaji imported the data from it & created similar one with more features, so I stopped mine & started using his. I go with whatever makes more sense. I would not have got noble prize for starting spreadsheet , so I do not care who is creating as long as it is updated regularly. Many original users have left after they got visa. I want to help out they next batch so they can benefit from the timeline as we did.

Hope cpc-m and lvo's can speed up now that the holidays are over.

hello to all...

could u guys help me to understand my parnets case, based on your experience plz.

my time line is:
Medical done: 28 JAN 2012.
PPR :20 NOV 2012.
Passports sent and received :23 NOV 2012.

after we sent the passports can not even check the e-CAS . is this something normal? and we have not gotten the passports back and medical is expiring on the 28 JAN 2012. (only 3 weeks left). my VO is CHC ISB.

any input would be great hepl plz....

Based on the timeline in your spreadsheet most applicants received medical exam after a month

is the waiting time normal or should I contact the MP specially my parents are refugees in Lebanon

hey tkurdieh.. The waiting time for medicals varies from case to case. Your case is normal. You should hear from CPP-Ottawa within 4-5 months. At this stage MP inquiry i think is not required. It's too early for that. Keep tracking other cases on the spreadsheet and see the trend, if u dont hear within 4 months then do an inquiry about it. But i am sure u will hear from them before that! . Welcome here Chan1973 .. I dont think they would let your medicals expire. Yous should get the passports max by next week or a week before the medicals expire. They know that your medicals are expiring thats the reason they asked for the passports. Keep everything ready at your end , so as soon as you get the pasports you all should land before the medicals expire. As far as ecas is considered i think it's normal. I have seen cases when some progress is going on their cases they are not able to view the ecas. So it's not a thing to worry about. Also in case if you donot receive your passports before 15th janaury, do an MP inquiry to be on the safe side. I hope that helps .. Best of Luck

Now is the time that you really really contact your MP and ask for the latest update .Explain the situation and tell him you need to book the tickets before the medical expires and you need to be sure that you will have passports back by then.
I know you still have 21 days but you need to know where your passports are right now and you definitely need time to move to Canada.

is CPC-Miss. still sending mail (letters) for approvals or using email ?

We're still waiting for approval, hopefully soon. ECAS is changed to 2 lines since a week has passed. I noticed the change in ECAS on mondays, but not sure when it was actually updated. The changes (if any) appear on mondays.
