Could you please share how long is the interview on the airport and what questions they are asking?
I am asking this because my parent doesn't speak English and it will be difficult to learn it in 2 weeks.

My parents PR application decision has been made. Just now I checked e-cas and it is decision made. E-cas reads as follows:

"We received your application for permanent residence on January 2, 2008.

We started processing your application on November 16, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
Great news, congratulations rajmalhotra7!

A question, so if the file is transferred to LVO then we have to provide any additional docs? I think CPP-O was much direct and only asking for medicals and PCC...Then passport....

Luck786 - we definitely have a special bonding and have held each others hand in turbulent times almost everyday. You assumption may be correct that after my parents have got visa, I'd stop visiting this forum. However, honestly speaking this forum has been my second home. I have been visiting this forum at least 25-30 times in a day. So, you can imagine how many times I'd visited this forum or how much I lived on this forum.. I may not have posted a post on my each visit but just visited for reading posts. It will not be easy for me to stop visiting this forum, as it has become part of my everyday life and runs in my veins now. I will be visiting this forum even after my parents have got visa. I think it would take months before this forum completely flows out of my blood.

Atlast some processing on my parents case. My E-case changed to "In Process" . Hope My parents receive their visa before Medicals expire.

Congrats Raj.

Hello everyone,

I want to know, if status changes to DM and it says "office will contact you regarding this". Do everytime officer calls or you get your passports directly without any talk with office? What if we miss their call(s)?
