My workmate's letter for passport request arrived via regular canadapost mail about 2 weeks after the date on the letter and it looked somewhat similar to what was recently posted here by a member (i can't remember his/her username) the difference is the timeframe ... 45 days she got not 30 days...

Thanks for the information Moraine - that is reassuring. I was beginning to get a bit worried as it has been a week and still no letter or email. Hopefully we'll receive something this week.
