Just update,

parents went to Apollo Hospital today and you are right they Did not asked for Medical forms and given appointment for Friday morning for Medical examination.

Hope everything go smooth without any more troubles.

one question - do i have to fill seperate form for parents (attached details of Foreigh Travel Forms for both of you) or it works only one form?

My parents visited only canada one time for 5 months.

your reply would be much apereciated.

i have often observed that when they are doing some updates normally we face this issue, nothing much to worry, try after sometime

Good News for New Delhi VO...

My friend, recieved a letter from CIC-ND for Medical examination and Original passport for his parents. His parents file was transferred to ND in Feb 2012.

Hope someone can help!

I've applied for my parents through Islamabad. My parents' additional docs request is here. The trouble is in the initial application i mentioned my mother's education to be ''secondary level or less'' with '12' years of education. Now that they've asked for supporting evidence, she cant find her educational certificates.

It is impossible for me to obtain a copy of those as they go back to 1968 and there is no way i can obtain them.

I there anybody out there faced/facing similar situation. How can it effect my application?

URGENT PLZ AS I NEED TO DISPATCH DOCS WITHIN A WEEK

I did not submit any document for my parents education or DOB of their parents and siblings at all.
I don't think you need to include any documents for that. Is it in you check list?

Submitted additional docs Feb, 2012 (reached cpc-m on 13th )
Another letter received April 24, 2012 (Application was received on February 13, 2012 and we have determined that your application is complete
Decision made :letter sent May 14, 2012 app forward 2 CPP Ottawa
Medicals request:-17th July2012

Mine was approved on June 4th, so I guess I can expect medical request in 2-3 weeks! =D
BTW, are your parents back home? If so, does it say how they can send the medical result to Ottawa?

Parents educational docs not needed, only dependents if any.

@ IND 2 CAN, have you got an AOR in the first place after submitting the docs first time or did they sent you an AOR after submitting docs first time then they later sent you request to submit the pay stubs etc?

The DMP should know that, In my parents case which was also at CPC-O. The DMP sent the results to Ottawa.
