If CIC has askked your friend to submit a new IMM 1344 then he must do it.

i thought that i already provided the dates for main events:

Due date for Security and Criminality is Jan 2013 - (sponsorship approval + 12 months)... status Not Started...

I already received a request for Medicals - but the due date for Medicals is also Jan 2013 (sponsorship approval + 12 months)... status Sent...

Eligibility - status Not Started, Due date in Feb 2012 (sponsorship approval + 1 month)... The date when GCMS notes were created is couple of days after the Eligibility Due date...

Application Assignment with Due date in April 2012 that looks like Medical + PCC request date + 2 months (the time i was given to provide medicals and pcc)...

Thanks Shuga.. I was trying to figure out timeline for our case which was transferred to LVO. BAsed on ur GCMS notes, they take maximum of 12 months from the time of transfer date to basically finalize the case. Thats a good news. In ur case, file was transferred to LVO on 01/25/12 and PCC request came on 04/23/2012. So LVO is 2 and half months behind CPP-O in requesting documents. Thanks again forsharing the GCMS notes..

Thanks for replying - sibnadian

Please tell me what did you mean by saying that I will receive sponsorship approval next. Does that mean my parents will be sent for Medical? How long it will take for them get here as a Permanent Resident?
No, it doesn't mean that. YOu will receive a letter stating that you met/did not meet sponsorship eligibility requirements. It will also say where the parent's file went:LVO or Ottawa. We don't know how long till medicals since then.
My mom's file was transferred to Ottawa pon March 30, and we didn't hear from them ever since.

no issues, I got that too, for 2007 application.
they asked for option C printout, but not 1344. I filled up again with updated info & send it along. It got approved in 2 days.
I bet your "friend", they gave 90 days to get the info back. But they did not ask for job letter.

hello
i would like to ask about self addressed mailing labels
if we are Representative of parents should we put our Canadian address in these 2 mailing labels that cic asked or we have to put parents address
those who sent their applications what they did
thanks

mash_afg, I am a rep, i was confused and sent my mom's address in English and native language, as well as my Canadian address. And then explained that i had no idea which one they were looking for.
Logically, you should just send yours if you are a representative.

If you use your parents UCI you should use their information ( name, DOB....) not yours.
You should be able to log in with UCI and info from principal applicant (you mom or your dad) but you can not login with UCI and info from dependent (your mom or dad based on how you put them when you first applied).
thanks will try again :)

Hi

Please I need clarification about that one, what does a self addressed label means? Does it mean that I write the address on sticker labels so they can just stick it on the mail when sending a mail or what??

Thanks
