CIC has issued Parents and Grandparents immigration application data for the 4th quarter of 2011. Here is the link

I just called the call center and agent asked me if i sent my documents with registered mail which i did and i have the confirmation that they received it. He said there is no record of receiving the complete documents and i should wait for a month and call again

i asked how come some February applications received approval and still January applications are waiting, he said he can't answer that !

Guys, do you think call center agent just checked my ecas and answer the above.

on my ecase there is no information about sending me the request for additional document on Nov 25, 2011 and receiving anything from me.

I'm more worried now by calling call centre and knowing about above :'(

me too worried alot.i think cic agent have no authority to check weather they rececived our documents or not. i think we have to wait there 3 member on another forum who send documents in last week still got nothing so that is plus point we both are not alone

I'm worried what if they lost our documents then what we should do?

Mine was October 2008.

mine was June 2008. But people from March 2008 got their sponsorship decision before mine even though they sent additional docs after me.
Just a thought!

CIC_M received my documents on Jan 26, 2012.

Ya we can pray only that in coming days that touch our document but I am quite sure documents rececived between 26 -31 jan are still to be process

Okay, I have some good news for me.
Just called CIC. The agent was awesome today!
He said that I have been approved.
He also said that one paper says that my mom's file is trasnferred to the local VO and another paper says it is transfered to Ottawa So he doesn't know (welcome to the CIC's mess).
I also asked him if my mom will have to do a medical exam again (she just did one for TRV)> he said "Not necessarily" and that they will have access to her medical file and it might save us some time. But no guarantee that she won't need it again. I guess it depends on the results.
Finally, he said that even though it is my mom's address in IMM008, all correspondence will be sent to me anyway (because i am a rep).
Finally, for my own mailing address, they had an address, which i moved out from 3 years ago (it changed twice after that ). I guess it is a glitch because i was getting letters from CIC to my current address.

Interestingly, he said that the file was transferred on March 21 even though the sponsorship letter was only sent out on March 28.

yes, I applied on Oct 2007 and still waiting and some people applied a year later and got approved. and this time they clearly mentioned on the letter that the application process by the time they receive additional documents and now again i'm left behind, this is very frustrating. I check my email and ecas several times during day in hope to get any news :'(
