Considering the trend - its usually 7 months + for meds and other paperwork request. Then, as you see from others, its avg 3+ months wait ( if no complication )

sent - 1st week january 2013
ecas shows - application recieved
medical result hav been recieved.
visa.... waiiiiiiiiting....

Not after sending Passport and meds, but you and other's users of 2009 are lucky to get meds and passport request - its very strange as our Sept 08 users like Kandel are still waiting for these requests

i also wonder what is there criteria for sending these request..
i think it is also related to sponoring persons situations... bt we were lucky i guess to get med. n pasprt req..

Hi Folks,

My parents PR application was approved by CPP-Ottawa on 18th march and they were advised to apply for PR , either through VFS or directly to the Consulate. Since VFS takes 10 days turnaround , my parents applied on the 22 March and its been more then a month since there passports are showing under processing at high commission in New Delhi. After emailing CHC Delhi 2 weeks back, I have recevied no response . Can anyone advise what could be the issue and how to resolve it ?

Did your folks send via VFS or Directly to Delhi, if Direct then 1 month turnaround is normal, VFS is typically 1 week return

I am also 2012 nov client and I talk to slots of 2012 people they did not receive visa..
