I would be appreciated if anyone could answer my question, it's been 8 month that we've sent our medical, and still waiting for PPR! could anyone estimate how long we are supposed to wait! by the way my application is family class sponsorship. ;D

Got PPR request by email from CPC-O this morning (5AM PST/8AM EST), they asked to send it to Ottawa. ;D



REQUEST FOR PASSPORT(S) AND PHOTOS

Dear XXXXXXXX:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a member of the family class. We have now completed the initial assessment of your application and expect to finalize it, with the information required by this letter.
While an interview does not appear necessary at this time, we reserve the right to call you to an interview should this become necessary.

Please include a copy of this letter with your submission.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE FINALIZED BY THE CASE PROCESSING PILOT – OTTAWA (“CPP-O”).

In order to continue processing your application, the following is required:

 Passports for yourself/your spouse/common-law partner. Permanent resident visas cannot be issued if you are the holder of a Diplomatic, Official or Military passport. Please submit regular passports only.
 Two additional (2) photographs of yourself/your spouse/common-law partner. Photos must be originals no more than 6 months old. Follow “Appendix A: Photo Specifications” in the application guide “Applying as a member of the family class”.

• Have you changed your contact information: e-mail address/mailing address/telephone number?

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform CPP-O immediately by e-mail at OttPilot-Immigration XXXXXX@cic.gc.ca
Failure to declare a spouse/common-law partner before you become a permanent resident could result in the cancellation of your permanent resident visa.

SENDING YOUR DOCUMENTS TO THE CASE PROCESSING PILOT – Ottawa (CPP-O)

The requested information must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in further delays of your application.

Please submit all the requested items together in a single package by mail.

Perhaps they are working on GCMS system to upgrade eCAS or something? Has anyone inquired by the call centre yet?

yes, it seems eCas is offline as I can see withdrawn application, but active application disappeared.
