hi kandel i tell u one thing sure they love april 2008 appicant so much .i am really cAnt imagine my mom live in usa from last 3 year on green card put them my file on hold.cic officer should understand america has tight security after 9|11 so if my mom done any crime then they will not allowed to leave her usa

Yeah that is very surprising so far you are the only one who received medical req through mail. hope ur MP helps you just keep on bugging them (nicely) hehe.

I don't think it's anything to do with that, Delhi is processing as the files come to them ( don't look at original date ). Now, compare your transfer to kandels, although they took time approving your file but your AOR was the quickest and request for Passport, Meds was a month later

If you were GC holder, then your file would have been in CPP-O but because the applicants are in 2 different countries, the delay is inevitable but considering you are still lucky that things are moving quick for you

Hi Muhriz i would say bite the bullet and send those docs again cic people are very unreliable, they might delay ur case. Everybody sent those docs twice Newdelhi and Islamabad people. Just saying its ur decision after all.

Hi I got reply from MPs office, they say that medical papers were sent to my in-laws on nov 26, but they did not received anything....now the guy from MPs office will try to talk to ND office and try to get another set of papers. And He told us to try and call CIC Mississauga office and try to get the papers from them....I dont understand whats going on!!! I dont have words to express my frustration!!!!

Try to go to an e-Medical enabled Panel Physician in your area and ask if they can find your Case File by using UCI or Birth Date and Last Name. Then you will be able to complete medical as your file, most likely, have an IME# if LVO mailed Medical papers.

It took them over 4 months to correct the email for me and then sent you one without any attachment. It's luck for sure, but what can you do? frustrating for sure

i think you are right visa officer should take more responsebility they should mention in e-cas about each step like medical send,background check any letter they send should be mention in e-cas that will decrease inquiry to each visa office and both applicant and officer can be in touch

just checked ecas shows current address as Brampton Ontario, previously it was showing only mailing address , now both

Lattim - I noticed that on my e-cas starting Jan 09 (home address changes to Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and in my case passports were mailed on Jan 08. So, your passprts have already been mailed by Seattle. If you live in Bramption, give 2 weeks for mailing time from the time home address on e-cas got changed...

Received passports today with visa and COPR.... Date stamp on return envelope was Jan 08.... Five years and 3 weeks wait is finally over... We'll go for landing soon in coming days....
