Could someone please update the spreadsheet?

Congrats, your profile says Meds done for TRV so they waived meds for you for that? or did you tell them or it was automatic

can you elaborate?

user828, My mom did medical exam for TRV on March 28, 2012. I emailed CPP-O about it and asked for waiving medical for her immigration. Yet, on May 08, 2012, we recieved a request for medical. I then emailed her doctor and asked if we at least can waive an X-Ray exam (as my mom did one in March and then another one in April for a different reason). Her doctor (in Russia) emailed the medical office in London, attached medical examination request from May and asked if my mom can skip X-Ray. London replied next day that her exam in March was good and she does not need to do another medical. London also said (I saw their email as our doctor forwarded it to me) that they transferred my mom's TRV medical to her immigration file and that they will notify CIC. A day after that her status changed to "Medical results...received". So I wish you good luck and never give up!

nanapush again I need your advice.my father sent passport copies and 2 photographs to London chic on dec 11 and received on dec 12 .he did not get copr yet.my father sent Royal Mail a4 return envelope.that was not prepaid envelope.because in passport request cic mention do not put stamps on return envelope.do u think that return envelope is not prepaid, that could be reason they did not mail copr.i called cic and chc London asked them same question, they are not giving any proper answer.any advice.

The advice not to put a stamp on the return envelope I believe only related to if you were sending from outside the UK ,possibly because the cost of postage could not be accurately given. We followed the instruction to send a large prepaid special delivery envelope which would then automatically be returned and would also have tracking number.
I think that is the reason it has not been sent and I think I may have advised you to send a supplementary special delivery envelope with a covering letter and your file number in the hope that it might be reunited with your father's file and returned to him.
Unfortunately also in the letter from CIC with instructions it says that you should not contact them directly until after 6 weeks has elapsed from their receipt of the documents. Normally it would take only 2 weeks for COPR to be sent but I think the delay is almost certainly because of the return envelope.
I would suggest trying to send a special delivery prepaid envelope if you can as suggested above. It may also be that the Christmas and New Year holidays have delayed things. How long since your father's medical ? If it's only a few months you have plenty of time to try to resolve the problem.
Hope you can get some resolution soon.

It can take up 2-3 weeks for CIC to fix the record. Did you send the receipt to Mississauga? You can call them again, I guess...

Welcome to Canada! :)

When they send a letter requesting additional documents request - do they send it to the sponsor or sponsored person name and address?
Thanks.
