I am seeing people after ours dates getting PP request etc, I am getting worried that my GCMS notes said AOR Sent ( Letter ) and email bounceback which they have corrected now
I am thinking of faxing them a query that if they have sent anything as I never got AOR via letter earlier, am worried that they usually tell u not to inquire too much to delay it so then how to find out

Whats ur call, I am sure you are very patient

Hi Everyone, my parent's file was transferred to NDVO in last week of July but I did not received any AOR till today. So What should I do now? Does anybody else in same situation as me?

Hi frnd first step should be to confirm the e-mail address by ordering caips notes.

Sorry this question might have been answered, but I am so worried about this that's why I am asking, We received letter for submitting medical documents and additional document and we did all last month.

Does anyone know how long does it take to issue visa? We applied for my mother for her temporary visiting visa and I just received letter that they refused it, I am worried if this is related to immigration visa as well.

I appreciate your answer. :( :(

Thank you
Hi Rouzbeh dont think your mom's vistor visa refusal will impact on her/your family's Pr sponsorship they both are two different things. ( i know someone who had same concern but their parents are here)
Another thing may i know if your file is at cpp-o or which lvo? all lvo's are different, i would also suggest you to check out our timeline and the link is in my signature.

Hey Van01 i agree with gaggi and you can also fax or email them.

Hi User828,

If you ask me, I believe that CIC uses the date first applied for the order of processing applications. That does not mean first come first served. What it means is that applications are processed in batches. My understanding is that all 2007 applicants must have received visa or in the very last stage of being issued one. From the 2008 applications, those applied in June or before should be in the medical stage. You should fall in this category. What does your GCMS notes say about the Due Date under the Medical category? In my case, it has a Due Date of March 2013. That is when I am expecting my turn for the medicals. I would not recommend making a direct inquiry just because others after you are getting ahead. You could use the information on your GCMS notes and the progress of other applicants and forward it to your MP. You should expect a medical request very soon. If CIC is processing applications, they would process yours too. On the GCMS notes keep an eye on any Due Dates. Thats when you have to worry if you do not receive any communication from them.

Hope that helps.

Sai

It has dye date of 22 March 2013, but is that how it works? Meds are requested close to that date? I am expecting another set of GCMS by December 5 so lets see that says

A due date is for the CIC staff to carry out a task by a particular date. But its not necessary that they would wait till March. They could ask for it earlier too. March does seem too far ahead, but hey, its just on the other side of winter!

As an interested observer now I love the cheerful optimism you ,kandel and others like you give to others on this forum. I hope your dreams come true very soon.

i'm not sure about the meaning of Due Dates... i think they are just automatically populated based on some rules and does not mean that CIC has to do something on/before that date...

in my case Due Dates for Medical, Security and Criminality are date of sponsorship approval + 1 year... so it's January 2013... even if Medical request was send in February and medicals passed in July... and Secirity/Criminality has not started...

and Due Date for Application assessment has passed a couple of months ago...

May be True fo ND LVO.ISB and Singapore LVO are very slow. My file still waiting to start processing, even though I apply 2007 and File was trasfer in Jan2012. So frustration and CIC discriminatory attitue hurt us. Don't see any hope soon.Inquery through MP, Singapore respond more 38 months to go.

Yesterday received passport request send, decision made is November 16. Good luck guys.

Did you receive email or mail? You and I had decision made on the same day. I'd get mail, so probably in a week or so.
