Please note I didn't get any CPP-Ottawa's notification yet, my MP informed me CPP-Ottawa approved our application and a visa will be issued.

Thx nav i listen same thing from lawyer in ludhiana he said upto dec 2007 all applicant for who i fill application got medical thx a alot for your reply

I received this information through my MP.

dear Par4u...its a 4 page letter...1st page that requested for additional doccuments....and next 2 pages include what we need in medical exam & doccument checklist.....and last page is a form...that for non-accompanying dependents...

My mom has done medicals on Feb 21st, 2012 in Canada
- file was in process in CPP-O since March 14,
- decision was made August 4th
- I din't get any latter yet from CPP-Ottawa, only my MP got a confirmation CPP-Ottawa approved our application and a visa will be issued.

I like what your lawyer told you. However, I applied in October 2007 for my parents and 2 dependents. I still haven't got my sponsorshiop approved let alone medical or any further steps. :(
I hope your lawyer is right.

i have one question, hope some one help me. My mother visited Canada in january and returned to india in june. i sent addition documents on feburary 2012, mentioning my address in canada.received a letter dated april 2, 2012 that i met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. and my my case was transferred to New Delhi. On May 9, 2012, i received an email for medical and some additional documents from Ottawa. Medical was done in may, 2012 in Canada additional documents sent to Ottawa on june 2012. Ecas status changed to medical received in june 2012, my mother left to India in june but i did not change my address to India. my question is how i can know where they are processing my case In India or in ottawa. do i need to change her address for correspondence to india . I also sent representative form. any information/ suggestion appreciated.
