do we know how many have been processed by LVOs (a breakdown of LVOs will be appreciated)?

I think Overseas Allocated Targets is 32000? what that means.

i just checked this link posted by ranja by this it says only 10779 (this number is in person not files) have been issued jan to june
its october now so my guess will be another 3 months we will add another 6000 in 10779(6 months). so that makes a total of 16779 and quota for this year is 32000 so guys i think its 3 months left and they have lot of quota left lets guess 40% by the numbers we have from cic and adding more by guess. any suggestions pls share its just my guess and giving hope to everyone that we will see our loved ones soon.

I'm new on this forum. Probably u guys can help me.

Documents requested by Mississauga in Nov. 2011
Sponsorship approved in Jan. 2012 and PR file sent to CPP-Ottawa
Medical requested and done in Feb. 2012
Medicals received in Mar. 2012
"In process" since Mar. 2012
"Decision Made" in Aug.4th 2012

I sent two emails to CPP-Ottawa to find out the decision but I didn't get any answer.
I also wrote to LVO Bucharest, but they said to contact CPP-Ottawa.
I don't understand how they are supposed to fulfill the quota for this year sitting on applications doing nothing.

I have ordered yesterday caips (GCMS) notes to see if there is any problem and I am planning to see my MP.
Do you have any advice for me?

Does anybody still waiting for the notification after the status changed in August, or it is just me?

Same here, same timeline - meds in March, decision made on 4th August. I believe also Northclare from this forum has the same situation.

Do you know if these PPR and medical requests are for the applicant with dependents or just parents and cases upto what month got this request?My parents file was transferred in April 2012 to ND and so far I got just AOR from them and nothing after that.I don't have any dependent in my file.

You could be right, i.e. that the numbers indicate the overall numbers, as the document mentions that they have reached only 74%. If it was only for Ottawa, then 10, 700 out of 11,000 is more like in the 90s%.
So, I still hope to get the PR this year.

That 74% represent the increased compared with same period from previous year:
Parents and Grandparents
2011 (Jan-Jun): 6203
2012 (Jan-Jun): 10779
% Change: 73.770756085765%
( 6203 * 1.7377... = 10779)

As we live near patiala our passports were mailed to patiala courier company they then contacted us and yes we sent through vfs And it took just 10 days to get passport back with visa stamping

Thanks! Please let me know once you have more info...$200 extra ...ouch that hurts (I have 2 parents, so double for the medical already ... and all the other fees of course...) Dont' even want to think what if they ask for a specialist etc...

Well update is...went for $200 respitory test yesterday, doctor listened to lungs, confirmed that the x-ray showed scaring which is down to operation 55 years ago, x-ray explained and cleared, just need to do sputum test which is required by immigration - all good..not so quickly, just before we were ready to leave, doc then says to do another x-ray in 3 months then come back and see him directly 10 days after (guess a further $200 for 20 mins)

I explain that my mum goes home end of October so that won't be possible - he says just get it done when she comes back!! When I question why another x-ray is needed he just said immigration requires it. I walked out very confused and sent immigration an email this morning for clarification as it all sounded strange to me. My mums scar will still show on a x-ray in 3 months, 3 years, 30 years time?
