I suggest you get the affidavits from back home, meaning as ur mom actually sending them. Ask them courier using bluedart/dhl, u would receive them in 4 business days. I think if u react fast u can definitely meet the timeline.
I get them from India,birth affidavits for both of them & one Marriage affidavit.Directly go to the lawyers office & ask affidavit it takes only one hour.asidhu5 said:smom , did u send 2 affidavits or one single affidavit.

sakamath said:My 2 cents... An affidavit is an affirmation of a fact which cannot be proved otherwise. Hence if both spouse are not able to sign it, and there is a valid reason for that, then it should not matter if just one signs it.
