I am planning to sponsor my Parents in Jan 2017 and found that for financial check they will check my income for 2013,2014,2015. Now issue is
since I got PR in 2013 and came to Canada in Nov 2013 I dont have sufficient income for year 2013 but for rest its easily above the required limit. So is there any way we can justify our financial stability so that file is accepted during Jan 2017 application. ?

If you have come to canada as a spouse of Canadian citizen or PR then you can show your spouse's salary for 2013 [provided its sufficient for 2013]

I am trying to order Caips notes to see what
Is happening with the file of my parents and dependent children.
I am looking at the consent form that needs to be filled to order Caips notes on their
Behalf. And there is this section in the form that asks for " representative's signature"
Who should sign here? I am the sponsor and I am ordering it so I am assuming it should be my signatures??
Please guide me if you have filled this form.

Hello

I had a quick question and I am unsure if this is the right forum I am asking this to-
How important is the Additional family information form?

My situation is this-I am applying for PR now with my spouse. My mother is deceased. My father remarried some years ago due to which my father and I were/are not on talking terms. I am unsure if the marriage was registered or not so I haven't declared that in my application but the lady is married to stays with my father. I am unsure of her legal name and her sons legal name(from previous marriage) so I unable to declare them. I have just declared my father, my deceased mother and spouse on my application.

I have no intentions of sponsoring either of them. Am I good?

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

you can get day to day updates
even you can know whether you have passed
medical
or any documents required
because last time your email was missed
therefore it's high time for you
every day is important

anybody which file transfer to local visa office in aprail/may. my case transfer to new delhi vo med done in may .now shown medical recieved and no update yet. pls share if anyone in same situation

Passport copies my mother and dependents children's
Update schedule A form for all family members
Update additional family information
update the evidence three children continue meet the definition of depend child

Yeah you can sign as you're acting as a authorized representative.
They normally send the notes by email so whichever email address is given to them so they will send it on that.
Make sure all signatures and ALL applicants/dependents have signed/authorized so they don't black out anything about any applicant.

Oh and now its GCMS (caips term is no longer used).
GCMS (global case management system).

Dear Akalpurakh, We have done medicals in march and sent o to New Delhi Visa Office, but have not received anything from VO yet, still waiting.

Mother's sponsorship status says 'In Process' in Singapore. Does any one know how long it take in Singapore VO to get to the next step.

"Dear Sir,
This is in relation to your application.

Kindly confirm the address which you would like us to send your originals documents"
What does this means??
is our application ending soon? PPR request coming soon ??

After remedical & file completion they need ur current updated address to end all ur originals back, mostly current mailing address is updated with schedule A form request with remedical ,if it wasn't t requested.


Don't worry look for decision made status .

Hi Everyone, I have submitted an application for parents sponsorship on January 2016, the application wasn’t returned and the fee amount has been withdrawn from my credit card.

However, I still didn’t receive the acknowledgment letter and application number. I just need to know when i will receive the acknowledgment letter or if there is anything i need to do. Is it okay to take that long? i have no idea where is the application now and how i can track it. :'(

it seems they do not require original docs anymore so sending them back, they must've kept copies.
Confirm the address to them ASAP. Hopefully you hear soon for next step

Hi

There isnt any requirement that you can only sponsor your parents while they are outside Canada, you can even sponsor them while they r in Canada on a Vistor visa or Supervisa. just make sure you provide the correct address for communication when you file your application.
