I have some question for my friend that his brother sponsor his parents and him on August 2010. He was 17 years old when his brother submitted. He dropped of school since he was 19 years old till now. Now he's 21 and 4 months he still not continue to study.
1. Will cic refuse him as dependent child?
2. Can he hope to get visa?

Thanks for the reply. I guess we will just have to wait. However i know that some 2010 applicants have already received their medical request. We just have my mother in law - no dependents.

Look at line 150 - total income (it's the largest figure most probably on the sheet)

I guess due to baby addition the LICO may or may not be considered to be re-assessed, but it depends on CIC officer.
You have to wait until they make a decision on the sponsorship.

Order GCMS as soon as you hear from CIC, or contact your MP for inquiry.

Applied for Mom and Dad only: Jan 2011
Letter of list (to be completed with in 90 days) received: Beginning of Aug 2014

My Questions are:

How long does it take to receive the Medical test request, and do they email to you or send a letter for test?
I have also applied for my mom as a tourist, She's getting that file ready and hopefully she gets the visa soon: My question is.. Is it affect her current Parents sponsorship file?

Thank you very much for your response ,, one last question did they ever ask for continious study of dependent . once ur file trf to new delhi after that first medical and along wiht it u have submitted all educational documents but after that have they asked again ?????

no they didnot ask for education documents, only relationship documents and after that asked for dna test.

My brother sponsored to my parents and me , I was the only dependent in our case and I was 18 year old when application filed in 2008.
During this process my parents got USA green card and left Pakistan in 2010.
they sent us medical request in November 2012 afterwards they asked background check in August 2013,my father got re-medical because of his kidney surgery during process in September 2013 and I got re-medical in April 2014 so according to medicals dates our medical was about to expire in November 2013 then my brother had send email to LA-VO on October 2013 and asked whats the matter,medical is expiring and still we dint get any PPR request so they replied via email in 11 days that Visa officer has filed a request to extend your medical and then on 28 October 2013 our lawyer got email that only my father has to send xray of his chest and Dr. impression on health in 120 days and then on 2 November 2013 our lawyer got another email from LA-VO that all the applicants are approved for permanent residence and they asked for original passport for parents and photocopy for mine along with form which was attached in email in which they asked 2 recent photos ,height and eye color etc so we completed all their requirement and sent in 2 or 3 days. afterwards lawyer sent email again for inquiry in march 2014 then they replied that parents medical got extended for November 2014 but we are still waiting for your brother as ISBD Visa Office is not responding but we will contact in a week again if they didn't response however they sent little assessment and xray for ME within week. NOTE : they didn't ask for my mother re-medical , Father had complete assessment and mine was very quick all they needed mine x-ray reports
afterwards in further inquires via Email they replied that they had extended medicals of my parents till November 2014 and mine till April 2015 and then they sent PPR2 for me on 18 July 2014 and received on 20th August 2014 meanwhile my parents got their passports on 15 Augusts 2014 with COPR and they crossed border to Canada from USA
P.S : In background checks they asked PCC for my parents and mine inculding My educational docs & status

well i never stopped studying as after Higher secondary education i got enroll in Graphic designing Diploma which was 3 years program 2008 - 2011 then i registered in ACCA along with i took classes of ACCA from Private institution and after 1 year took an admission in University for B.COM and am still registered in it as well
so i sent them all my docs which i could !
